‘ROavant:garDE’, the latest production by the TNRS German Department, launches a unique poetic-radiophonic-imagery experiment, available on the Digital Stage starting May. Created by Florian von Hoermann, Julia Schulz, and Hunor von Horváth, alongside visual artist Dan Basu and composers Marin Grigore and Vlad Robaș, this concept proposed by the German-speaking actors of the National Theatre in Sibiu is a poetic journey through the works of some of last century’s most iconic European writers, pioneers, adepts and descendants of the literary avantgarde. This experimental itinerary includes Charles Baudelaire, Rainer Maria Rilke, Tristan Tzara, Paul Celan, Urmuz, Eugène Ionesco, Gellu Naum, Geo Bogza, and Herta Müller.
* The Production ‘ROavant:garDE’ is available on the Digital Stage only in a pay-per-view system and is not included in any of the available subscriptions.
